Horizontal Press Type Flanging Machine – Parmar Machine and Technologies

The Horizontal Press-Type Flanging Machine is a hydraulically operated system designed for barrel flanging, powered by a 10 H.P. hydraulic power pack with necessary accessories. It features a robust MS-fabricated structure with two hydraulic cylinders mounted on both sides of the head, connected to flanging die dishes through a guide bush assembly. Both heads move inward to flange the barrel body. The machine is equipped with a panel control system and supports indexing conveyors for enhanced automation. Proximity sensors replace traditional limit switches, ensuring greater accuracy. It includes a 40L hydraulic power pack, a 550L oil tank, and essential electrical accessories. Additionally, the machine comes with two triple-seam dies and complete standard accessories. The operation cycle is 14 seconds, and the machine can flange barrels up to 40 inches in length with a maximum diameter of 575mm. A pneumatic cradle system is integrated for efficient barrel ejection.
