Horizontal Double Ended Multiple Corrugation – Parmar Machine and Technologies

Horizontal Multiple Corrugation double ended machine, where two side corrugations on the barrel body are done in one operation. The machine is MS fabricated, hydraulically operated with a 10 H.P. electrical power pack and panel control system (Siemens). Two sets of corrugation dies, duly hardened and faced on both heads, are operated via hydraulic cylinders. Two moving heads for corrugating the body are operated in one operation, with both heads moving front and back for corrugating the body. The maximum length is 40inches, and the maximum diameter is 575mm. The operating cycle of the machine is 14-15 seconds.
