Single Bead Expander – Parmar Machine and Technologies

The Bead Expander Machine is an M.S. fabricated, hydraulically operated system powered by a 5 H.P. hydraulic power pack with necessary accessories. It operates via a panel control system and electrical components. The segmented bead dies are hardened and expand through cones connected to a cylinder via a guide bush assembly, retracting through a spring system. This machine forms beads (corrugations) on the barrel body in a single operation. It comes fully equipped with standard accessories and features a trolley system for body shell feeding, operated through a pneumatic cylinder.
