Barrel Body Expander Machine – Parmar Machine and Technologies

The Barrel Body Expander Machine is a hydraulically operated system designed for precision expansion. It features 16 hardened OHNS segments with hard chrome plating to prevent scratches. The adjustable taper cone system, made of WPS material hardened to 55-57 HRC, expands the segments. The taper cone system is connected to a hydraulic cylinder through a bush system and retracts via an internal spring mechanism. The hard-chromed segment assembly is mounted on a sturdy M.S. fabricated stand. The machine operates horizontally, requiring manual feeding of the barrel shell and is controlled via a panel control system. It comes fully equipped with standard fittings and accessories.
